Please join us for an enlightening seminar about a recent introduction to the roofing industry in Connecticut, FORTIFIED Roofs, voluntary resilient construction standard created by the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS). Attendees will learn the technical details of the FORTIFIED Roof program and process, how a stronger, more resilient, FORTIFIED Roof can benefit your clients and your business and learn how to access the FORTIFIED contractor training and certification. Attendees will learn how to upsell your customers to sturdier, more weather resistant roofs that may provide them with significant insurance savings. You will learn what the FORTIFIED standard means, see how it works in action, and find out how you can become certified in the process. Additionally, you will hear about the Smart-E loan program, which can provide your customers with low-interest rate financing through the Connecticut Green Bank. Attendees will get a live demonstration on the installation of a FORTIFIED Roof.
